CA SMLLC efiling rejection

 

Problem: CA SMLLC efile was rejected but seems nothing was wrong.

 

Solution:

 In Organizer | States | Common State | General Information | Bank Information | Direct Debit (tab) | California, the amount to be debited is blank and the authorization is checked. Enter the Amount to be debited or uncheck the Authorization to Debit Funds, recreate, and resubmit.
