To print only form 3520A, navigate to
Organizer | Foreign Information | Foreign Trust | Choose the foreign trust | General Information | General Information | Section: Form 3520, remove the checkbox selection under form 3520 section, or scroll to the bottom of the page and select Suppress 3520 in the print options section.
