AdvanceFlow has pushed out an update today (5/20/2022). In order to get the benefit of the updates (see https://cs.thomsonreuters.com/ua/advflow-ng/cs_us_en/bulletins/release-ub.htm), you should follow the following steps. In one instance, there was trouble viewing the Trial Balance tab and after running the setup the view worked properly.
- Clear your browser cache:
Then click “Clear browsing data” on the left pane:
- Next you need to check the version of Office 365 you are on. Open a blank Word or Excel document, click the File tab and then select Account and then About Word:
- Note the version of Office 365 you are on:
- Download and run the correct Office Client Add-In 22.2 from the Setup/Downloads in AdvanceFlow:
You should be all set.
