AdvanceFlow has pushed out an update today (5/20/2022). In order to get the benefit of the updates (see https://cs.thomsonreuters.com/ua/advflow-ng/cs_us_en/bulletins/release-ub.htm), you should follow the following steps. In one instance, there was trouble viewing the Trial Balance tab and after running the setup the view worked properly.

 

  1. Clear your browser cache:

Then click “Clear browsing data” on the left pane:

  1. Next you need to check the version of Office 365 you are on. Open a blank Word or Excel document, click the File tab and then select Account and then About Word:

  1. Note the version of Office 365 you are on:

  1. Download and run the correct Office Client Add-In 22.2 from the Setup/Downloads in AdvanceFlow:
