When you have a virtual meeting and you are recording it, it will by default be saved to MS Stream, our company wide internal "youtube". The video will be saved in your personal profile and need to be shared with the firm to make sure that your recording, your training will be available to the firm.
Please share the video with a community channel; if you have questions on where to safe the video, please advise the Learning Committee.
In addition, and on request, you can share a script of the video. Microsoft Stream can automatically run transcripts on the video. The author of the video (you) can go to Update vido details and download the .vvt file which is the transcript.
The downloaded file shall then be uploaded to this portal: ,https://web.microsoftstream.com/VTTCleaner/CleanVTT.html
You can then copy the clean transcript into a word document and safe it in the MS Teams - GROCO - Learning Team
