1. | Go to Returns Processing > Import / Export > Data Templates > Import Batch Status |
2. | The Batch Status screen displays. Click on Continue to accept the From date when searching for an import batch that was generated on the default From date |
3. | If you do wish to search a custom date range, adjust From and To dates to expandor narrow search ranges The default of the To date is always the current date |
4. | Click the hyperlink Batch ID (job number) recorded in Performing an Import to display the Batch Status detail screen |
5. | The following screen appears. When the Import Status column displays Import Complete, you will be able to see the data in the desired return(s)![]() |
