1. | Go to Returns Processing > Import / Export > Data Templates > Import Batch Status |
2. | The Batch Status screen displays. Click on Continue to accept the From date when searching for an import batch that was generated on the default From date |
3. | If you do wish to search a custom date range, adjust From and To dates to expandor narrow search ranges Click on Continue to display list of important batches that match your specified date or range of dates. The default of the To date is always the current date |
4. | Click the hyperlink Batch ID (job number) recorded in Performing an Import to display the Batch Status detail screen |
5. | The following screen appears. When the Import Status column displays Import Complete, you will be able to see the data in the desired return(s) |
