If you want to send a fax from your computer, you will need to use your Outlook and pretend to email your content to the fax number.

Here are the steps:

1. Open up a new email
2. Change the From to fax@groco.com
   
   
   
   
3. Attach the PDF files that you want to fax (make sure the Page size is set up to be a letter size; do not send PDFs with Legal page sizes)
4. In the email header, you do not have to write any content, only if your PDF has no cover page
5. Sending a Regular Fax:
   1. The recipent fax number (internationally) will be typed in as the reveivers email and ends with @efaxsend.com (e.g. 15107971791@efaxsendsecure.com)
   2. If you need a report from the send fax, ask admin to print one for you or request access to the FAX email account from support@groco.com
      
      
      

All Internation numbers are listed below; for any US number, add 1 infront of the fax number

For receiving faxes, you need to have the inbox for eFax and/orde Secure eFax hooked up to your Outlook. Please send a request to support@groco.com in case you need access to any incoming faxes. Our Administrative staff has access to them.
