GoSystem Tax RS does not give you a way to edit the transmittal letter wordings in a specific locator, however you can send them to PDF and then edit the PDF.
While Thomson Reuters does not offer a way to edit transmittal letters on a return-by-return basis, they do offer ways to universally change the templates for transmittal letters and filing instructions. This is found in the GoSystem browser under Admin | Letters & Filing instructions.
