If you are having troubles with getting an echo while using MS Teams, please check the following:

1.Make sure your microphone is on
2.Your microphone should not be too close to your speakers
Make sure that your speakers are not attached to the monitor!
3.If your microphone or audio device is near a wall or other reflective surface that does not absorb sound, consider moving the microphone or changing its direction away from the reflective surface to reduce potential echoes
4.Make sure you have the issue with MS Teamsonly
  1. Explore via a meeting on a different platform e.g. Webex, GoToMeeting, Zoom (e.g. if you have a product demo)
  2. Try the web version of MS Teams and have a meeting there
  3. Try MS Teams on your phone
5.Disable all speakers except one (if you are using multiple speakers)
6.If possible, try placing the microphone as far away as possible from the computer speakers because audio output from the speakers may feed into the microphone and produce echoes
